PLEASE NOTE THAT SOME OF OUR TROPICAL TREES WILL LOSE THEIR LEAVES DURING THE WINTER. YOUR TREE WILL RESEMBLE CLOSER TO PICTURE 3 OR MAY HAVE LESS OR NO LEAVES. THIS IS PERFECTLY NORMAL AND THE LEAVES WILL REGROW DURING WARMER WEATHER.

Plants sold in this listing are product of Mechanical Pollination to ensure they are identical to the Mother tree. The fruit flavor has been improved and is sweeter with no bitter after taste. The smell of the fruit is sweet. With proper care these will fruit next year. The trunk of this tree is big to hold the heavy fruits. Trees typically reach 7 feet tall but can grow up to 10 feet in optimal conditions. Please review everything because we do not accept returns for any reason. Sizes mailed are ALWAYS tallest trees first to conserve space. You will always get the tallest we have in stock at the time of purchase. Size is never guaranteed!

* Plants that die after being planted cannot be replaced since there is no way to verify that they were properly cared for. Our goal is to provide you with plants that arrive beautiful and thrive after being planted however our purpose is to make sure that they arrive looking great and healthy and once they are in your possession they are your responsibility in terms of researching proper care and applying that care to them. NOTICE: If your package is delayed and arrives wilted, let your plant soak in water for 30 minutes and check back on it. If your plant arrives dead due to damage to your package or post office delays, please use the included insurance to file a claim online with USPS. We can provide pictures showing the plants were healthy when mailed.

* While 99.9% of people out there are completely honest every once in awhile we have someone claim that the plants were missing or that they were the wrong size so to protect everybody including you, the buyers, I photograph the plants before I wrap them up and once they're in the box with your name and a ruler showing size. If I do make a mistake and forget to put something in I can check back on the pictures and see if that is the case. I will only ship plants on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday to insure your plants will not sit in the post office over the weekend.

* Please know your state laws. If your package is confiscated by the Department of Agriculture, or damaged during inspection by any Department, I will not refund your shipping costs and will ONLY refund "Item Cost" if the plants return alive.

* I also ship according to the weather. If it's too hot to ship, I will wait until the temperature cools down a bit, and I will send you a message to let you know!  :)

* When buying plants please use the tracking number so you will know when your package will arrive. If plants arrive and are left in the mailbox or direct sunlight they will mostly likely die. They cannot take the heat! So please make sure you know when your plant will arrive. I provide a tracking number with every shipment.

* I do combine Shipping for Items purchased within a 7 Day Period. Shipping discounts are based on the combined weight of All items. Please request a total for all items when you are finished shopping (Before You Pay) and ready to check out.
