Shallow wood open cube shelf, manufactured in Pre WW2 to post WW2 period (estimate 1930-1950) in Japan. 

This is delicate vintage item, not for storing heavy objects - we've done careful cleaning, but just repaired only the necessary parts for longer use while keeping the original wabi sabi touch.

Our products are :
- repaired for long-lasting use by seller
- using non-toxic, eco-friendly method when cleaning the item
- using organic & traditional materials (beeswax, linseed oil, persimmon tannin, burnt pine ink, etc) for repainted/refinished item
- sanitized by non-toxic method in the cleaning process
