Delivery information and postage costs
Furniture shipping - charges and delivery times
Yes, for all Mainland England & Wales addresses, shipping is FREE (see below for Scotland)
This item can be collected from our premises free of charge or delivered by our furniture courier usually within 5-12 working days of payment.
This item is sent via a door to door furniture courier (one man, very careful handling!) not a parcel firm (they drop things a lot!) Our couriers are fully insured and dedicated to top class customer service.
SCOTLAND - We do deliver to Scotland, but our couriers do not travel to Scotland as often so please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery – SCOTLAND & NON MAINLAND POSTCODES DO CARRY AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE as follows:
TD-£40,TR-£35, EH-£40, ML-£40, G-£40 ,KA £40, DG-£40, AB-£60, DD-£60, FK-£60, IV-£110 ,KW-£110, KY-£40, PA& PH-variable, please ask.

Non Mainland areas and Ireland - delivery available at a supplement, usually at a cost of £80-120. Please ask for a quote before buying.

All items shipped this way are 100% insured. The delivery company will provide a 2/3-hour delivery time slot in advance. The delivery service is a "green service", based on consolidating deliveries within the same area. They deliver Monday-Sunday between 7am -8pm.If the slot offered is not convenient, they can try to accommodate your requests on their next run to your area, but this will delay delivery by a further 5-14 days. They are able to leave items with Neighbours or in a safe place, if you wish. Please advise the courier when the call to arrange a delivery slot where they can leave it in your absence. Delivery will be a lot faster to highly populated areas and the innermost parts of the country and may be slower to the more remote regions as mentioned above.
Delivery will be by one driver, so may require assistance with larger items. Where possible we will send a second man to help assist.
Delivery to Countries other than the UK
We can quote for larger items to be sent to area outside the UK and Europe, please contact us and we will be happy to help
An additional charge may occur for certain islands and regions of countries within Europe. There may also be additional charges for multiple item purchases. Any additional charge will be advised to the buyer by email upon completion of the order. Please contact us for an accurate quote.
Customs charges may apply when importing goods from the UK, please see your local government guides for details.
Queries

Currently, deliveries to the EU are behind and may take up to 30 days for your item to arrive.
If you refuse to pay the customs charges and the item is returned back to our warehouse we will deduct any costs that are incurred to ourselves from any refund due.
We reserve the right to cancel an order up to the point of delivery. the processing of a payment and acknowledgement of an order does not constitute a legally binding contract.
Returns Information
We hope you love all our stuff as much as we do, but if not, don't worry, our no quibble returns policy means you can return anything to us in unused condition within 25 days
Just email or telephone us to let us know you are returning something and we can help you (or if you just want to return something without contacting us first, thats not a problem either, just put your order details in the parcel with your return so we know who you are)
We promise to refund you within 10 working days of the item arriving back with us, and if you are returning it because of our error, (we try to be darn perfect all the time, but sometimes we muck up!) we will of course refund you all the same (or replace the goods at no extra charge)
For returns weighing less than 3 kilos, these can easily be returned via Royal Mail
Please make sure you have proof of postage and we will refund the item cost on return.
Larger items (over 3 kilos) contact us and we will arrange our carrier to collect from you on a day to suit you. Furniture items can be collected by our furniture courier, please email or contact for further guidance.
Large Furniture items would require being collected by our specialist furniture courier with a £30 return charge, whereas smaller items greater than 3 kilo and costs more than £40 will need to be returned by courier with a £12 charge.
The appropriate return charge will be deducted from your refund.
Seconds items: Please be aware seconds listed items are exempt from the standard returns policy.
CHRISTMAS GIFT RETURN - again, no problem, return of unsuitable Christmas gifts is absolutely fine with us - our 25 day policy is extended to 50 days on all purchases between 1st of November and 24th of December
