For pure driving pleasure with RC cars, the combination of a beautifully reproduced body with the chassis of the FAZER series is unbeatable. Kyosho has taken its standard touring car chassis and given it a complete model makeover that has taken performance to a new level. A simplified design with fewer parts has improved maintenance efficiency and reduced weight, while core strength and rigidity have been increased with new materials and front and rear ribs and stiffeners. In addition, the symmetrical chassis design ensures excellent balance between front and rear suspension and responsive control, regardless of the power source. With slipper clutch, front and rear differentials, oil shock absorbers and full ball bearing specification, the high durability and impact resistance allows the rider to realize the full potential of the chassis. Brake disc wheel hubs with two different offsets (0mm, +5mm) offer compatibility with 190mm and 200mm body styles and allow the wheelbase to be adjusted to 274 mm by swapping out some parts (sold separately) to ensure compatibility with other body styles on a scale of 1:10, including the body. The Readyset package comes fully assembled and includes everything except the charger and battery for the chassis and batteries for the transmitter.
The all-new chassis ensures a low center of gravity with its simple, functional design. Equipped with an integrated gear that optimizes the torsional rigidity of the main chassis, the nylon material reduces weight while improving impact resistance. In this simple design with no upper deck, every key component has been reinforced.
Features a reduced number and variety of screws and parts, and consolidation of commonly used screws into the same size. Most screws are pan head screws that can be removed with a 2.0mm hex wrench for easy disassembly.
Handling factors such as bump steer and steering radius are optimized on the front suspension. The steering knuckle, which is simply connected to the ball, promises a reliable control movement. The interchange on the front and rear left-right hub carriers optimizes spare parts utilization and improves maintenance efficiency.
Includes a choice of two offset disc wheel hubs with calipers (for visual design) offering compatibility with 190mm and 200mm body widths.
Equipped with oil shock absorbers as standard. Change the vehicle height by changing the length of the shock absorber end according to the vehicle type.
The standard spur and pinion settings are 68T and 32T, however 9 pinion settings from 29T to 37T can be used to produce a wide range of gear ratios. The new fixed gear mesh motor mount features holes for use with the individual sprockets. Simply mount the motor directly to the hole locations that correspond to the pinion. No gear mesh adjustment is required.
Hard plastic drift tires allow for controllable glide performance and are fitted with K-branded white 5-spoke wheels to enhance appearance.
Comes with the new powerful 550 size 14T (G14L) brushed motor. The long casing with steel ring around the motor housing and the internal cooling fan ensures efficient torque and high speeds.
