This is an original press photo. Hearty but meatless are these Double-Stuffed Potatoes. The potatoes are baked, then the contents scooped out and beaten with butter and a little milk. Cheddar Cheese and Potato Toppers, the convenient blend of onion, chives, parsley, bacon bits, herbs and spices, are stirred in next. To half of the potato mixture grated raw carrot is added. To the other half of the potato mixture zucchini is added. The two mixtures are heaped side by side into the potatoes, which are then baked. A salad of crisp greens and tomato wedges makes a splendid accompaniment.Photo measures 8 x 9.75 inches. Photo is dated 01-10-1980.
