Product Principles
High pressure grouting is the use of mechanical high-pressure power (high-pressure grouting machine) to inject chemical grouting materials into concrete cracks. When the slurry encounters water in the concrete cracks, it will quickly disperse, emulsify, expand, and solidify. In this way, the solidified elastic body fills all cracks in the concrete, completely blocking the water flow outside the concrete structure, in order to achieve the purpose of water sealing and sealing.
Usage method
1. Identify the leakage point, chisel and clean the leaking area;
2. Drilling: Use an electric hammer to drill holes with a diameter of 14mm.
3. The spacing between pre embedded grouting nozzles should be determined according to the actual situation, usually around 0.3-1 meters.
4. Use an electric grouting machine or hand pressure grouting pump to inject grouting adhesive into concrete cracks from the grouting pipe. Cut (remove) the grouting nozzle after 24 hours;
