This set is missing the pig minifigure but all pieces for the house should be there. It also comes comes with its instruction manual! The minifigures are in good condition. Steve does have a small crack under his left arm. I'll ship the set disassembled into a ziplock bag and then placed in a box to protect it during the expedition.
