Indira Gandhi dated autograph with stamp, and Usha Bhagat signed letter is all affixed as one piece as follows:
Autograph - signed and dated by Indira Gandhi in blue ink on a special 2.3 x 3.6 inch card from Prime Minster's office
Stamp - 1985 issued stamp honoring Indira Gandhi after her assassination 1.5 x 2 inch
Proof Letter - signed by Special Officer Usha Bhagat 6.3 x 8.8 inch on folded Official Prime Minister's Office letterhead
*Autograph and stamp have been glued onto letter, then letter further glued onto a black sheet of paper in my portfolio that has been gently trimmed off as pictured (which is why you see black borders)
Article of Indira Gandhi's Assassination will be included as a second piece as follows:
-Indira Gandhi was assassinated the following month after signing this historical piece (signed as per letter 9/21/84, death 10/31/84)
-Folded article has been glued onto black sheet of paper same way as the above piece and cannot be unfolded
Additional important information about each piece:
-Each piece (1st piece: Autos/stamp/letter, 2nd piece: article only) described above were glued onto a black sheet of paper in my portfolio where I collect multiple autographs
-The back of the black sheet also had non-related autographs that I removed, so you will see glue residue/light tearing on the back from their removal (but it does not impact this piece on the front - you can remount it yourself to hide the back)
-I have gently trimmed it off the black sheet, which is why you see the black borders and is exactly how you will receive it
-I will send 'as is' and it is recommended NOT to remove any individual parts of each piece due to the glue, which can cause damage
-Feel free to use PSA/DNA Quick Opinion before purchase or other optional authentication services solely at your own expense
