This is a LARGE wristwatch converted from Soviet pocket watch MOLNIJA   by adding lugs.

The mechanism Chk-6 was produced at the second maskovskiy watch factory in 1949

The watch is used as seen on the images below but runs well and keeps time accurately as it has been serviced (cleaned, lubricated and calibrated) by a professional watchmaker.
