New watch. Still has transparent sticker over back of watch.
unfortunately when the battery was being put in the front face cracked.
It can be worn as it is as the face is still strong and does not stand out as it is in the centre. . I have had cracks like this on watches before, and continued to wear them without problems. When viewed face on, directly, crack is not significant - see photos
