- Auction sales are final. No refunds or credits for auction items.
- All DOA (dead on arrival) products must be reported to us for exchange within 48 hours of their receipt according to date of stamp by secure shipping company in order to process a return of your item. You have returned DOA products to us within 3 days. Delays on reporting problem of product will not be followed. After 3 days of DOA, items will be treated as product defect after use. DOA is determined as the delivery date and time indicated by the carriers' online tracking system. You are responsible if the shipment is misplaced. Please provide shipment tracking number, carrier name and carrier details when you are sending us.
- We will email you a RMA number (Return Material Authorization) within 72 hours of your request along with return instructions for your item once RMA is approved. All RMA numbers are valid for 7 days from their original date of issue.
- Items must be returned in original package along with all contents received,
Include the item and all accessories in the original condition, in which the item was received, and enclose details of your eBay User Id and Item Number.
Otherwise extra fees for missing and or damaged parts will apply.
- Units returned and found not to be defective will be returned at buyer's (bidder) expense.
What the RETURN does not cover :

- Repair or attempted repair by anyone.

- Normal wear and tear.
- Any other cause, which does not relate to a product defect.
