Aishwarya Rai signed 1999 note with proof. Aishwarya Rai accompanied Salman Khan to his movie shooting in Mauritius in November 1999. At that time, she wrote and signed this note in blue ink on a Maritim Hotel Mauritius 4.3 x 6 inch sheet of paper. Selfies or even phone cameras were not a thing back then, so a couples photo of Aishwarya Rai and Salman Khan was taken at the time. She did personalize the note, so it was covered with this proof photo sticker that was trimmed and affixed on top of the personalization. All of this has been glued as a collage on a black sheet of paper in my portfolio where I collect other autographs, so I will trim the page with black paper border out of my portfolio as pictured to prevent damage. There were other unrelated autographs on the back of that same page that I will remove, so there may be black residue or glue on the back side but that does not impact the front autograph that you will be receiving. I would not recommend removing the autograph note or photo proof sticker off the page for fear of damage/residue so do so at your own risk, item is being sold as is. Background: I have been collecting Bollywood autographs for over 30 years. I stored my entire collection in a portfolio. The portfolio contains multiple pages of large black sheets of paper, and each autographed photo (and proof pic) has been affixed to the front and back of these pages to create a beautiful scrapbook. It would be ideal to sell the entire portfolio as one whole, but I would not receive fair market value for each autograph this way. Hence, I have decided to sell the autographs individually.
Condition: The autographed photos have been cut to customized sizes, so dimensions described in the listing are approximations only. After cut, the autographed photos have then been glued to a black sheet of paper. I do not want to dismantle my collection unnecessarily, so the autographed photo will be removed from the black sheet only after purchase. Expect normal wear and tear.
Proof: Proof pics are adhesive photo stickers that show the date, location, and in many instances an image of the actual signing or event the day the item was signed. If the photo sticker is partially or fully stuck to the autographed photo, I will not remove it off it for fear of further damage to the signed item. It will be shipped as is.
