Used vintage SPARK PLUG Head Holder Tool from Robison Harley Davidson motorcycle dealership . one side is similar to spark plug and the other side is used to clamp into a bench vice . No part numbers or branding on it- Used to hold the heads while doing valve jobs etc…- long shaft allows it to be clamped in bench vice for work. Used and banged up, may need to rethreaded on the ends
