(Sold BW18 471294). Contains a light flick/fold to the top left, there is also an extremelylight one to the bottom right & also has an extremely light vertical center fold.
BW18 471304. contains one single counting flick/fold to the top left and also has a light vertical centre fold.

DX33 541613 to DX33 541617. these all contain a counting flick/fold to the top left. Some are extremely light, with a couple being more noticeable.
DX33 541618. Perfect UNC.
DX33 541619 to DX33 541638. these all contain a counting flick to the top left & also an extremely light mark to the bottom center. ( a few of them are would verge on being UNCIRCULATED).
DX33 541639. this note has been on the bottom of the brick and has suffered some extra handling folds. The left edge contains a few vertical folds & both right corners contain folds. It does not contain any creases.
CU43 388332. Has a light fold vertically to the left.
(SOLD CU43 388331, CU43 388333 &334) CU43 388335. to CU43 388337. all uncirculated.
CU43 388338. Has an extremely light flick to the top left & on the bottom edge an edge handling mark, probably by a bank ribbon.
C43 388339. Has a double counting flick to the left.
CU43 388340. Has some wrinkling to the left and also a double counting mark, so I am
giving this as grade EF++
CU43 388359. CU43 388370. All have an extremely light counting flick/fold to
the top left. (ending 369, 370 also have a tiny flick to the bottom right corner).

Has a counting flick/fold to the left edge & a double one to the right. There is also a very, very light horizontal fold through the center.
CX59 516399.Contains a single counting fold/flick to the left and a double one to the right. There is also a handling mark to the bottom right edge.
CX03 228316. contains a counting flick/fold to the left & also a double one to the right. There is also an extremely light vertical & horizontal fold in the center.
BU64 996686.contains a single counting fold/flick to the left & also a double on to the right. There is also an extremely light fold horizontally in the centre & mainly to the back there are some very, very light brown stains.
CW08 613401.Has double counting folds/flicks to both edges. It also contains two vertical light folds to the center.
1981 Grade VF+
(Sold CT40 808335). There is a light vertical & horizontal fold in the centre. To the bottom left corner it contains a counting flick/fold and a double one to the bottom right. The paper is still very firm but contains some surface wrinkles, all edges & corners are sharp and are free from any nicks or tares.
(Sold DN82 213325). There are a scattering of light folds over most of the surface but no creases. The paper is very firm with all the edges and corners sharp. It is free from any graffiti or holes.
DS06 748412. Most of the surface has small wrinkles and also a couple of folds/flicks to the right side. The paper is very firm & all corners/edges are sharp without tears or nicks. A clean note free from any graffiti or holes.

All 1981 Grade VF have been sold at present
(Sold DX72 033818). The greater part of the surface has fine wrinkles & some folds, from being in circulation for a time, also has three vertical creases. The paper is firm with good corners and edges which are free from nicks or tears.
(CW01 685583). Has been in circulation so contains wrinkles, folds and some light creases. The paper is still firm with sharp corners and edges. There is a '43' graffiti mark to the front left & also a '48' on the back right edge & a couple of small brown stain marks.
(Sold CT45 035455). This note has been taken from circulation so contains surface wrinkles & folds, with a couple of very light creases. The paper is firm with sharp corners and edges which are free from tears or nicks. It is free from graffiti, marks or holes.
(Sold CW75 183656). This note has been in circulation so the major surface area has fine wrinkles & some folds. There is also a couple of vertical creases. The paper is still firm with good edges and corners. It is free from any graffiti, nicks or tears.
(Sold CS50 323634). This one has been in circulation for a short time so has some surface wrinkling & fine folds. There is one vertical crease to the left of center. The paper is firm & free from any graffiti or marks. All the corners and edges are good, they are free from nicks or tears.
