Returns

Looking to return something? You'll find out how to do it in this section.
Note that goods purchased may not be exchanged for another item. Sometimes, something you buy isn't quite right. If you want to return / cancel an order from the White Stuff eBay shop, you may do so (subject to the terms set out in this Returns sections) within 14 days of delivery of the goods.

Please use the eBay Returns Portal to log your return. This will allow you to generate a returns label which you should print and include with your return.
Returns should be sent to White Stuff eBay Returns, PO Box 10890, Leicester, LE19 9DU.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless it is faulty.
Always ask for a 'Proof of Posting' certificate when posting stuff to us as we cannot be held responsible for goods that get lost in transit (your statutory rights are not affected). We recommend you keep your proof of posting safe, just in case.
We aim to process all refunds within 20 days of receipt of the returned goods, and once processed, you should receive your refund within 3 – 5 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used when the goods were purchased
If you have purchased products as part of a promotional offer or discount, the refund will be adjusted to reflect any failure to meet the original promotional requirements as a result of returning the product.
If you receive goods which you believe are faulty, please contact our Customer Services team via eBay messages, who will be able to assist you. You have certain additional statutory rights in respect of faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Advice about your legal rights is available from your Citizens Advice Bureau.
Delivery

Deliveries are fulfilled by Hermes except for deliveries to Channel Islands and Scottish Highlands and Islands, which are delivered by Royal Mail.
