HOW TO USE Dental Vacuum Forming Machine

 

  1. Put the plaster model on the tray.Use steel balls to bury the part that do not need to be formed.
  2. Set up the PVC film.Raise the PVC film clamp to working height.Turn on the heater by using heating button.
  3. When the PVC film becomes soft enough (usually it will sag 1 to 2cm),press down the lifting rod to cover the heated PVC film over the plaster model.
  4. Turn off the heater.Press down the molding button and wait for 10 to 15 seconds.Molding finish.
  5. After the PVC film cooling down,use a scissor to remove the excess part.
