Super cute lion and he looks to be quite vintage by that tag. He is wearing a Penn State pride shirt so I guess he is a fan but I'm not sure he is a Nittany Lion. Nittany Lions don't usually have manes lol. But I guess we can have fans of all different stripes. If a giraffe wants to wear a Penn State shirt and be a fan he or she is welcome to show up and be welcome in Happy Valley also. From a smoke-free home.
