Product Introduction
Flow switch is a sensor device used for water circulation control, inlet and outlet control, water heating control, water pump switch control, solenoid valve on/off control or outlet power off control, outlet power on control, and other water systems in electric water heaters, solar water heaters, air conditioners, and other water systems. When a certain flow rate is reached, the water flow is converted into a switch type electrical signal.
The flow switch consists of a magnetic core, a return spring, a forged copper or polycarbonate housing, and a sensor. The outer shell is made of H58 forged copper or polycarbonate, the magnetic core is made of neodymium iron boron permanent magnet material, and the sensor magnetic control switch is an imported medium power component. The inlet and outlet ports are both G1/2 ″ standard pipe threads.
 
operational principle
When the water flow rate in the pipeline is greater than 0.75L/min, the magnetic core generates displacement under the action of water flow and drives the magnetic source to generate magnetic control, causing the sensor to output a "1" switch signal. This signal is input to the equipment control system, and after power amplification, the purpose of water flow control is achieved. When the water flow rate in the pipeline is less than 0.75L/min, the magnetic core drives the magnetic source to return to its position under the thrust of the reset spring, causing the sensor to output a "0" switch signal and stop the system's operation.
