Antique or Vintage White Metal Cherub Putti on Clam Shell Pedestal.
There are some impressed marks on the inside edge of the bowl (looks like an arm & hammer and a star).
Not sure if these are Foreign Silver Marks or not (I've tried to take the best photos I can).
