Ingredients:

Evening Primrose Seed Oil: Linoleic acid, Gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), Softgel Shell capsule: (gelatine (from cattle), vegetable glycerine (from palm kernel oil and coconut oil)).

Directions for use:

As a dietary supplement for adults, one capsule eight times a day, preferably with a meal or as directed by your doctor.
