The part where you plug the cord into the card reader doesn't hold up very well because it's very tight and you have to use a little force. As long as it's in place correctly, the card reader will be up and working!

Take care when inserting the memory card to make sure the pins are facing the middle of the device. Example (when you insert the memory into the last row, the pins must be up, and the opposite for the upper original pins, the pins must be facing down and inserted)
