Preparation:
To prepare 42 Vital, dissolve 3 heaped scoops of powder (69 g) in 400 ml of warm water (juice or milk) stirring vigorously with a spoon or shaker. The resulting creamy drink can be drunk straight away or you can wait a few minutes for it to thicken so that you can eat it. By increasing or decreasing the amount of liquid you can regulate the density of the meal. Follow the preparation instructions.
