For this reason, Yango has developed a formula containing up to 3 different forms of magnesium in well-absorbed organic forms. Magnesium lactate is the salt formed when magnesium binds with lactic acid. It is easily absorbed and may be slightly gentler on the digestive system than other forms of magnesium. This is particularly important for people who need to take large doses of magnesium on a regular basis or cannot tolerate other forms easily. Magnesium malate is a compound formed when magnesium is combined with malic acid. Malic acid is found in many fruits and is responsible for their tart taste. One study compared several different supplemental forms of magnesium and found that magnesium malate had the highest bioavailability. Magnesium citrate is a form of magnesium linked to citric acid. This acid occurs naturally in citrus fruits and gives them an acidic taste. Magnesium citrate is one of the most popular magnesium preparations due to its high bioavailability.

Directions for use:

3 capsules once a day. Swallow the capsule and drink plenty of water, after a meal.
