  • Guarana seed extract - is a natural source of caffeine, which is an alkaloid that exhibits stimulating, energy-boosting and performance-enhancing effects, which is why it is so popularly added to many drinks and dietary supplements.
  • L-tyrosine - is an organic chemical compound that belongs to the group of protein amino acids. It is a very important compound that is involved in, among other things, the synthesis of neurotransmitters. These are very important compounds that are strongly correlated with an adequate concentration of tyrosine in the body. In addition, L-tyrosine is an important compound that supports thyroid function.
  • L-theanine - is an organic chemical compound, a non-protein amino acid. L-theanine primarily supports post-workout recovery and rest.
  • Bacopa Monnieri extract (Bacopa Monnieri) - is extracted from the whole plant and is primarily characterised by its high content of bacosides. These are compounds that can promote an increase in blood flow in the blood vessels and stimulate the secretion of many neurotransmitters.
  • Ashwagandha root extract - Vitania Spleen extract is primarily known for its high vitanolid content and adaptogenic properties.
  • Mountain ashwagandha root extract - a source of substances mainly such as plant polyphenols: phytosterols, flavonoids, phenolacids, catechins, proanthocyanidins, as well as phenylpropanoids and phenyl ethyl derivatives. They exhibit primarily antioxidant effects.
  • Choline dihydrate - an organic chemical compound that is essential for the production of acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter, which enables the transmission of nerve impulses. Supplementation with choline therefore contributes significantly to supporting nervous system function.
  • Ginseng root extract - a source of valuable ginsenosides, which, like arginine, increase nitric oxide synthesis, contributing to improved blood flow. Numerous sources also report positive effects on psychophysical performance.
