Shipping
Domestic Shipping within Australia
We provide the option for Express and Standard shipping services Australia wide. Same day, Next-day, Drop-ship and Blind-ship services are also available by request. In stock orders placed before 10:00am AEST are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 10:00am AEST will ship the following business day.
Our domestic express shipping service utilises StarTrack Express, TNT Express, TOLL, Australia Post Express Post. Standard services typically ship via Australia Post Parcel Post or Couriers Please. On occasion, we have been known to provide a complimentary upgrade from a standard service to an express service. If you need your order delivered on a specific date, please contact us before you place an order so we can step in and coordinate your request.
- Product is shipped from our warehouse located in Melbourne.
- Need it FASTER? We can expedite certain items for an added cost. If you're having trouble doing this at checkout, please contact us so we can discuss the best options for you.
- Every effort is made to ship purchases as soon as your order is completed. If your order is time sensitive, please let us know when you place the order.
- Any suggested ETA for your order is based on your address, the shipping speed requested, and if required, availability lead time.
- We can deliver to any Australian PO Box using an Australia Post shipping service. Free standard shipping is not offered to PO boxes for orders over 3kg.
- Online tracking is available for all services. We will email you the details as your shipment is dispatched.
- Deliveries are made Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, excluding public holidays.
- For your protection, a signature is required for most deliveries.
- In the rare chance of a delay with your shipment, we will endeavour to contact you to inform you of details.
International shipping
International orders will generally ship via Australia Post to be delivered by the local carrier service in the destination country. If you have special shipping requirements, please contact us directly so we can discuss alternate options.
