Ingredients:
Whey protein isolate (milk) 85% [whey protein isolate (milk), emulsifier: lecithins (soya)], creaming mix [palm fat and palm oil, maltodextrin, emulsifiers (E471, E 472a), milk proteins, stabilisers (potassium phosphates, sodium alginate), antioxidant (mixed tocopherols], L-glutamine, instant coffee 2.4%, flavours, emulsifier: lecithins (soya), thickeners (carrageenan, xanthan gum), colour (ammonia caramel), salt, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), caffeine, L-leucine, sweetener (sucralose), L-isoleucine, L-valine.
Directions
Mix one dose (30 g = 1 scoop = 2 tablespoons) with 300 ml water in a bottle. On training days, consume 1 dose immediately after training. On rest days, consume one dose in the afternoon.

Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients in the product. During pregnancy and lactation, consult your doctor or pharmacist before use.
Storage
Out of the reach of small children. Store in a dry place, avoid excessive heat. Do not use if the seal under the cap is damaged or missing.
