1.LT-80W-AA-Pro （12V / 24V）

 

It has an upgraded nozzle compared to the previous LT-80W-AA. The difference of this nozzle is that it has an advanced hydrodynamic design that makes better use of air pressure. When using the same air compressor, the upgraded version has a faster jet airflow.

 

 

2.With the air asssit nozzle

 

The laser head comes with a specially designed air assist nozzle. When cutting with this laser head, the air assit system will blow air through the air nozzle. That will bring you excellent cutting experience and greatly reduce burned marks.

3. Remarkable cutting ability

 

Cutting 8mm bass plywood ,120mm/min ,one pass.

Cutting 5mm bass plywood, 50mm/min, one pass.

4.With the laser protective cover

 

Comes with a removable protective cover. Whether engraving or cutting, use this shield to filter blue light and work without laser glasses, convenient and fast. It's also easy to remove if you don't need it.

With Air Assist VS No Air Assist

Using air assist helps to cool the material and prevent heat damage, and also helps to remove any debris and fumes generated during the laser cutting process, resulting in a clean cut surface

Debris and fumes from the laser cutting process are blown onto the lens, providing a spare lens for better cleaning and replacement.

For cutting work

 

The ideal position of the focal point is in the middle of the material, the cutting focal point of LT-80W-AA is 45mm, the length of the air nozzle is 39mm, so the focal point position is 6mm below the air nozzle. For example, if you want to cut 8mm plywood, the distance from the air nozzle to the surface of the

material should be 6mm-8mm/2=2mm.

 

For engraving work ,The focal point is at the surface of the material.
