It was made by Sheer Elegance of a fine English bone china.
It has a white background with a rose pattern that is very similar to the Royal Albert Old Country Roses pattern.
It has been trimmed in gold.
It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or crazing.
Its measurements are:

- Height: 2 1/4"
