Ruby Rd. 3/4 sleeve tunic shirt.  XL.  New. Polyester/spandex.  Burn out stripes.  Took pic with a black cami.  The tag are all removed but I am almost 100% sure it is Ruby Rd. 

Chest: 25 inches across.  

Shoulder to hem:  27 inches.
