This is a very well made, handmade, old Antique baby doll child's toy. The trunk and legs are made of tightly packed/stuffed thick canvas/potato sack/Cheesecloth material. The arms and head are molded (obvious mold lines to these parts) lightweight airy resembling an old foam hence its made of composite, mixed materials and molded into form. Then hand painted. For the age and quality of this item it's it great shape. Please see all photos for observation of wear. Approximate measurements are 13 inches long.
