The 11"L valance is approximately 14.5"L top of ruffle to bottom hem.
The 13"L valance is approximately 16.5"L top of ruffle to bottom hem.

SPECIAL NOTE~~~It is always a good idea to order all of the curtains/items in a particular design you might need at one time. Although I keep a sample of your fabric for future reference...I may not always be able to match it perfectly if I have to use fabric from a different bolt. If you are ordering a single item to make sure that it will match your home's decor...but will probably need more...please let me know so that I can reserve enough fabric for your entire purchase.
