For sale, Lemax Caddington Village Exterior Lighted Building "Natural History Museum". This is a very nice Lemax holiday decor building. This building was retired in 2016. This building was made in 2007. This building, because of the theme of the building, can be used year around - not just during the holidays. This building does have a couple of flaws as mentioned in the condition notes. The eagle that sits above the front picture window on the roof is broken off and missing, and the sign that hangs on the right corner of the building is also missing. This building lights up and works as designed. Even though this building is missing a couple of pieces, it does not detract from the beauty of the building. This building is so busy with everything else that is going on that unless a person knows these pieces are supposed to be there, they would never notice. These pieces may also be available for purchase somewhere, or perhaps they could be replaced with something similar but different. Because of these 2 missing pieces and the marker writing on the box I have given this a condition of good. Please see condition notes and be sure to see photos for a visual of condition and for a visual description. As mentioned in the condition notes, the left lamp post is leaning to the left. This is believed to be a manufacturing error. Again, be sure to read condition notes and look at all photos as these are a part of the description.
