Fancy old antique porcelain handled coffee cup /mug.  Maker is unknown.  Just has some number markings on bottom.  Top outside edge is iridescent colored flower decorated. It is 3 1/4" high and 3" across the top.  No chips, cracks or damage.  From an old estate sale.
