The History of the Stamp Being Issued
This is the official program given to the attendees of the cermony that the United States Postal Service
conducted on the First Day of Issue of this stamp. It contains the honored guests as well as those of the
organizations who attended.
It also contains several paragraphs of informative text about the stamp.
The program also has the stamp cancelled on the day of the ceremony.

The Postal Service has changed the format of it's programs over the years.
Early programs were on white paper or card stock.
They were changed to glossy card stock fold up brochures.
They are currently in a generic white envelope with the stamp being issued and the program of the event in the envelope on card stock or heavy paper.
