Our facilities include a state of the art Jewelry Manufacturing Shop and a secure Diamond Cutting & Sorting House. All manufacturing work is done in house by our team of experts, from design concepts, casting, diamond setting and polish. Having internal production enables us to provide superior customer service to our retail store partners. Our factory has over 40 jewelers working to ensure that you will love and cherish your Wonder Jewelers piece for a lifetime.

All USA purchases on WonderJewelers.com will be delivered for free via 2 or 3 day 100% insured shipping using either UPS or FedEx!
The shipping methods offered for Free delivery:
2nd Day Air: Wonder Jewelers offers Free & Insured 2nd day Air Shipping on all US orders. Orders shipped using 2nd day air delivery will arrive within 2 business days after leaving our facility. USPS Insured Mail®: Wonder Jewelers offers USPS Priority Mail on all orders for Alaska, Hawaii, FPO or APO shipping addresses only. Orders shipped with this method will arrive three to five business days after leaving our facility.
All International shipment will be charged a flat rate of $59.00 that includes fully insured. Wonder Jeweler will not be responsible for any customs/tax or duties imposed by any government. For special shipping request please contact customer services.
Signature Requirements for Delivery
If your delivery is under $250, you can choose to waive the signature requirement with FedEx. This will only apply to you if you have a signature waiver on file with FedEx. We will not accept any signature waivers for shipments over $250. If you would like to arrange delivery at a FedEx location call us at 1-877-657-3807

Terms
Our 14-day return policy gives you plenty of time to consider your purchase. That's why you can be sure you made the right decision.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item without custom engraving in its original condition within 14 days of the date of shipment for 100% Full refund or an exchange. It's that simple!

Returns
To return a diamond or jewelry item to Wonder Jewelers, follow our three step process:
1) Authorization Code:
Call 877.657.3807 and you will be given a Return Authorization Code. Write this code on the return sticker found at the bottom of your original invoice. Affix the sticker to the outside of the box you are returning.
2) Packaging:
Include all original packaging and collateral material. If your item was delivered with a diamond certificate and that certificate is not returned, you may be liable for the $250 replacement cost. For security reasons, do not write Wonder Jewelers anywhere on the outside of the box.
3) Shipment:
Once you have contacted customer service you will be emailed a FedEx or UPS return label. This label will insure the item for its full value, track the package at all time, and reach our office in a timely manner. Please ensure that you seal the package and type the return label securely.
After all 3 stages have been completed, you can drop off the package at a staffed FedEx and/or UPS facility.
DO NOT USE AN UN-STAFFED DROP BOX! **
4) Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in 1-2 business days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized (by a jeweler other than Wonder Jewelers), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns with no Wonder Jewelers return code, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt**.
