This is a hand carved Blue Jay. It was carved by Carl Scharver in Massillon , Ohio. It measures 7” tall, 8 “ long and the base is 3” wide. This was carved in the 80’s. Carl hand carved it and painted it. My parents knew this man. They had bought several of his pieces over the years.
