RETURNS:

New, unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Upon receipt of the item a refund will be issued. Items must be in the ORIGINAL condition with tags intact. Return postage is buyer’s responsibility.

Most returns requests are automatically approved, please follow the instructions provided by eBay, print a return shipping label (return address will be automatically generated) securely place return shipping label to package, take the package to your local post office. 

SHIPPING:

Purchased items are shipped within one business day of cleared payment. All purchases are shipped through USPS with tracking number uploaded to eBay for your convenience.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping address, we are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address.  Please keep in mind we use USPS to ship our packages once we drop off the packages we do not have control of the shipping process, Please use the tracking number uploaded to eBay to track the progress and if there is any problem please let us know or contact USPS.
