Tested and works.  It has some wear, but it works fine.  This massager has a lot of power.  Massager only, no box or manual.  The manual is available online from the manufacturer.  This is a wired electrical massager.

Includes the gray massage head attachments (firm), but not the white attachments (soft).  To feel the heat remove the attachments to expose the red nodes (heads).  Rotate the head attachments to remove them.
