Vintage Ethan Allen Dolphin bookends. The base of the bookends are made of wood and the Dolphins are brass. Ethan Allen RN 48864 Made in Italy, is marked on the back of each. The bottoms are lined with a green velvet material. These are solid and well made.  They measure approximately 8 1/4" tall, 5" wide and 5" deep. They are in Good pre-owned condition showing wear throughout, from age and previous use. There is some scuffing of the wood. The back  edge of one of the bookends has an indented area (seen in photos). It is seen from the backside and not so noticeable from the side and front. There are no cracks, no breaks.
