This is a JVC DR-E300LBK Stereo Receiver. It is working, but when you turn the volume up or down it sounds a bit crackly, but works fine otherwise. The machine has some scratches and general wear here and there on the top, sides and underneath as you can see in the pictures, but overall it is in good condition.
