This is an Accident Photo Pak that the company I worked for put in the glove boxes of our company cars, to use in case we were involved in a collision.

Included is a point-and-shoot camera, which I believe is a FujiFilm 15-exposure with flash, a mechanical pencil and a worksheet.

It is in brand-new condition, still in the wrapper.
