Dymkovo duck shows  smudging of orange mark on back of duck- assumed during manufacturing.  

Gold paint is wearing off on sides and chest.  

Some gray marks that look like transfer of some kind on chest and back of head as seen in photos.  

Tag is still present, but is torn.

Dymkovo folk art clay dolls can also be called Vyatka or Kirov.  Per the Dymkovo museum website, the craft is thought to have started in Dymkovo area as early as the 15th century.  It is a tradition that was passed along from mother to daughter for generations.
