Custom built Ribbon Broadcast
Studio Recording Microphone
SOUNDS FANTASTIC!
Our station engineer designed and built this unique one of a kind
ribbon microphone. Using a mint 1960's Pill microphone, a new 1.8
micron x 1 7/8" long ribbon, a quality 20~20,000hz transformer,
custom interior mounts and copper lining we've came up with a
killer looking and sounding ribbon broadcast microphone. It has been
designed to work above the announcer so we are also including an
overhead boom mount. The front and back logo's were added for
identification of the front and backside of the element only! It is
NOT a Neumann microphone! The RED logo identity's the FRONT
side of the microphone and BLUE logo on the backside
(which of course is 180 degrees out of phase). Output is
fully balanced for broadcast, podcast, television, recording,
voice over work and combination prop and actual use music videos.
A super looking and sounding professional microphone.
