Returns
We do not allow returns, except when permitted by Ebay's Guarantee Policy.
Warranty
We offer no warranties on our products unless transfers via the manufacturer are allowed (you must confirm this before purchasing), or you purchase an AllState warranty on the product page before purchasing (if they offer protection).
Items sold as new are indeed new, and in factory sealed packaging. But we cannot offer the same warranty as authorized resellers or distributors can. If your item does not work upon receiving it, it is covered by Ebay's Guarantee Policy and we will gladly replace it or refund you.
