Six pence, yellow green, Queen Victoria stamp from the First Issue of January 1, 1861. Printed by Charles D. Whiting, Beaufort House, Strand, London on thick (3 mil) soft yellow toned paper, no mesh or watermark, perf 9.0x9.0 (Machine A), electrotyped. Approximately 80% of original gum (very scarce thus) disturbed by previous hinging/storage, hinge remnants. Unitrade 2022 catalogue values for this issue are for stamps without gum - there is a 100% premium for stamps with original gum.  Perforation faults typical of this issue due to having been printed on soft, thick paper in a large perforation format making it difficult to separate the stamps without damage.   Still, a quite respectable example of this stamp, especially with original gum.

Images should provide all the information necessary to make a reasonably intelligent bid on this lot. However, if it doesn't live up to your expectations you are always welcome to return it for a full refund - NO QUESTIONS ASKED. My feedback speaks for itself. I am confident that a mutually satisfactory solution can be worked out to any problem that might develop.
