Has a 3 Speed Motor and all speeds work

Not silent, you hear some noise

I not sure if it is an oscillating fan or not. I did pull up the pin at the upper rear and it does not turn

Fan blades measure 12" across

AC power plug needs to be covered

I purchased this fan in this condition and do not know what is original or not.

Fan stands 16 1/2" tall and is 13"w x 8 1/2"d

Base measures 7" in diameter
