I have been using this in my semi for about a year. It has the vesa mount holes on the back as most tvs do in this size, It has a added bonus of the metal back of the tv like the entire thing is metal not just the nutzerts on the vesa holes so you can go down I65 in Louisville KY and not but the back of the tv off at the vesa mount. 

At least I havent yet. Thats exactly what happened to my old tv so I made sure to buy a metal backed one. I changed up to two portable monitors for my PC in the truck instead of tv and one portable monitor.
