It has writing on the inside label that says “Tim A. (illegible last name) #16. We tried researching past players, but were unable to verify a player. We estimate the age based on the tag to be 1990’s. This jacket has not been tested for waterproof rating.

This jacket is in used condition and shows signs of wear typical of the age and use of item including a small pen mark on the inside of the jacket.
