All emails will be answered, all payments will be processed, and all packages will be shipped ONLY during our business hours. Please allow at least 24 hours for us to reply.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping.
  • Shipping and handling is not refundable, with the only exception being for DOA (Defective On Arrival) items.
  • Only items in the original packaging can be returned, or a restocking fees may applied.
  • DOA claims must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date to qualify for an exchange or refund.
