Published by Jos W Stern & Co, New York. 10 3/4 in x 14 in (approximately). Cover art shows a photo of Sophie Brandt in a 16th century costume and the words �Presented by Sophie Brandt and company� followed by credits and a list of songs from the production. �A Madcap Princess� was a 3-act opera and opened on Broadway at the Knickerbocker Theatre on September 5, 1904 and ran until October 22, 1904 for a total of 48 performances. Very good condition. (A few small smudges and a couple small tears along right edge that have been repaired with clear tape.)
